not at all......a director can buy the morning of an announcement if he wants.
there are NO rules regarding buying except to say........its perception and too close to a deal could be argued as insider knowledge
in the case of QTK.....QTK have signalled in the latest press releases they were in advanced talks with a few other "countries"
Pallister is flying into Australia tomorrow.....and bought last week and this week.
As CEO of course he has insider knowledge......now did he sign the contract before or after buying the shares?
