One thing i would say is mamagement needs to be careful who they issue stock too. Very interesting that their has been so much selling at 40 cents.

i wonder if this is holders who have been given stock at 39 cents and currently hold the stock. ie You sell the stock you hold now at 40 cents and receive the stock later at 39 cents.

i hope management look at the register and who see is doing this? Obviously if everyone did this their will be a major cap on share price.

They use to use CPS. i noticed they were not mentioned in this raise. Does anyone know if there has been a falling out?

i think CPS are pretty good.
