A few posters have been asking if 10% of your overall wealth in BGS is good for your health?
Well that all depends on the your personal risk appetite and what you are comfortable with.
We all know if its a duster then the SP will come back a little but possibly not tank as there are already some proven results and a database that will assist in pinpointing the best drilling locations - the risk is already somewhat reduced here.
On the other hand, if this huge fully funded drilling campaign is a success and we discover 100Ks of ounces, then the SP will move significantly higher.
A million+ ounce discovery could see the SP go well beyond $1.
At the moment, I feel that the risk/reward here is weighted very favorably for the mid-long term investor.
Monday signals the second week of May and the run up to the highly anticipated results is well and truly underway.
If the SP rockets too many shares will barely be enough.
