Sp for once I don't agree. IMO the reason I buy gold stocks is I don't have enough to buy bullion. If I did i would go 50:50 because you pay the full price when you buy bullion, even when it's bankstered as we know it is. When you buy a great gold stock, like say PRU, you are buying gold at a massive discount, assuming it will go to true value ( up a lot). So PRU has about 7 m oz, worth about 10 b today, so the co is worth 5b after production costs, but it's share price is about an eighth of that, so you are buying into its gold at $200/0z. That's why It's ae bargain, with risks of course. Cheers.
