For my own edification, how can the FS be complete without the power supply situation finalised? Also from my conversations with dean, it is clearly obvious that FS is not complete, and in fact he has stated this unequivocally. Why then your reference to April? What are you basing your information on? I ask these questions in good faith as I am very interested to know how you are coming up with your conclusions.
