The answer is a relative one to "what price target ANZ?"
If the RBA cuts on tue or next month, all the banks will get a sp push along as term deposit yield shrinks. You could see a 10% rise for all the banks.
Quality, safe yield is a rarity in the globe currently, hence the rise and rise of the banks, Telstra, defensive staples (WOW and WES) and CSL (defensive revenue stream).
p/e is not the measure that investors are looking at - it is yield.
