So far trading does not indicate news on the horizon, even though we all know that discussions for deals are well advanced with several companies.
It appears that we still are trading within technical parameters.
If news would be around the corner, I would suspect to see much stronger trading volumes.
The speculative trading prior to a deal would probably though launch from an elevated level ( 7 to 8 cents ) and recent lows would be the reversal, mentioned by Twin, to precede such action.
