JHU, check Street Talk on Friday, it's part of an article relating to Slater & Gordon. It says:
"A more certain raising candidate is Discovery Metals which remains in voluntary suspension after saying it’s in talks with potential investors. It is understood that Discovery’s advisers have contacted hedge funds in Hong Kong to tell them their participation in the previously planned $75?million capital raising is no longer required.
In the background, suitor Cathay Fortune Corp keeps its cards close to its chest about whether it has held talks with the Discovery management team. It said it would no longer support them if they failed to grant due diligence. Although speculation is rife that an offer could surface from China, it remains to be seen exactly how far south of the $1.70 a share deal it pulled in February, given the plan was to raise at just 25¢."
