    Thanks, naga. Not sure any of us know why SEA's sp is currently suppressed, but I can speculate on two of them:

    1. As nursery said, some TXN shareholders might still be selling down. Common to have sp turbulence after a share swap acquisition.

    2. Industry sector funds in energy or OZ energy or OZ resources/energy have to sell shares when holders sell their funds. Energy and resources are currently under a cloud, at least in the OZ market, which may explain the industrywide movement even though individual companies vary considerably in their effectiveness. For example, a NWH thread on HC this week showed a .70 correlation between that stock's sp and OZ mining services sp, so clearly a mass effect even though individual companies vary considerably in that sector. The oil price dip last month may have stung holders enough to sell down their OZ oil funds, dragging SEA down with it.
