Thw ording is a bit odd:

"...their participation in the previously planned $75 million capital raising is no longer required."

This suggests the $75 million capital raising is no longer on the cards in the form that was previously announced. So unless DML retracts the previously announced rights issue, then I expect that this part will be still happening, just not without the support of Hong Kong.

Is this a:
- legislation and discolsure issue. That is, DML is not willing to go to the lengths of ensuring that it complies with Hong Kong equity issue requirements; or
- they are not happy with/or don't need the support of Hong Kong.
