Fact, shareprice went up due to merger, and prospects of that elusive profit.
Fact, GCN has been surviving on placements, which means they have not been going well and the shareprice has reflected that.

Management has failed to deliver any profits but for one glorious month some time ago when quite a few nice gay people signed up to see naughties on their mobile, out of all these wonderful deals they have spouted about.

SSI has produced losses because of GCN and that they do very little else. Look at their turnover.

Hope, that China gambling which has huge potential can turn this all around, some investors have banked on it by putting many millions in the latest placement.
The only 2 listed stocks in the world with exposure to Chinese gambling.

And don't forget this is a business SSI did not develop.

Risk, if China gambling does not work history shows they cannot make enough to produce a profit.
Which means if placements stop, well you know the rest.

And there is pharmesafe, I went to a meeting like 6 years ago and it had great potential then, still waiting, but granted medical things take time, however it would work quicker with a bigger company.

Upside, when the merger takes place there will be more shares, much bigger market cap which may interest some fund managers.

I think it might be a goer and that is why I hold, if not I would sell, not because you think I should, or want me too.

So unlike some I try and take a balanced view and not just say everything is great when clearly it has not been in the past and until they prove something here I am not convinced, when I am I will tell you.

I only hold shares, I don't work for them or handle their PR business, and before you get on your high horse and want yet another opology I am not saying you do.
