I am in the top 40 shareholders, in various names. I have had 2 calls today offering me part of the placing.
Shareholders will not be happy with the low price!
IMHO the way to go is a rights issue, and let all shareholders participate if they want. I think there are many loyal shareholders that actually understand the story, and have been there for many years. For them not to be offered at this price is very bad management, and does not reflect well on the BoD.
Personally I am rethinking my position on my investment, yet again
