The danger is that the wells will be exhausted before one has been done.
2)Companies estimates around a cr time are usually a bit on the extravagant side.
I also don't think less than 1000 acres to explore and drill from is a very substantial area.
Lot of O&G co's with a lot more acreage producing less than 1000bopd or boepd
