re: Ann: Habanero 1 MWe Pilot Plant Successfu... At least it's a start - Santos would be a paying customer. I don't know how much power their site at Moonba uses or might use if they expand, but perhaps there is scope to ramp up innaminka project to a larger size in a supply contract agreement with Santos( 10 MW+? )and that gets the ball rolling with some additional customers closer by added into the mix. Perhaps some adventurous data centres? At least the land should be cheap out there.
If they can get some agreements in place, the funding can flow and the project viability is established and that should trigger interest from the infrastructure builders.
