Exactly how can the technology be sold (I assume you mean the IP rights, as selling access rights to the technology is what ADO is in the business of) when it is the main asset owned by the company? Directors cannot authorise selling if it is not in the best interests of shareholders, and a cheap price would not qualify. Further, as Directors are significant holders of ADO shares why would they sell out cheaply?

Don't follow your logic at all.
