Why would SIR even contemplate applying for a permit to mine at present. Nickel prices are virtually stagnant and are close to historical lows. Combined Nova/Bollinger area & resource are yet to be drilled out completely. There are other major targets in the surrounding area that have yet to see a drill bit. Until the satellite targets are assessed no decision could be made to where the most advantageous location to instal a mill would be. Then there are the formalities, Enviromental impact studies, road construction, port facilitys, permission to mine. We still have a long road to travel. So i think SIR will do it once and do it properly.
