I think terms are probably commercial/in confidence, and necessarily complex given the pro rata flexibility in pricing/volume etc . We can (otherwise) only assume its life of field whatever that is, but I can't conceive of a contracted penalty/rebate arrangement that would be that open ended. I like this announcement none the less. The earlier Pathfinder can be on production and revealing oil income numbers the better.

I wonder if this deal although not reserves-linked might provide modest funding leverage in the right circles?

I think also its worth SH remembering there is no debt on the balance sheet yet
