To find a fair share swap number it is vital that the PPX board listen to the what the market values each asset at to determine what a fair number to offer PXUPA holders would be .

The PPX board has no influence over the PXUPA trading prices ,only the market determines this .

Since the listing of the hybrids the market has applied its fair value multiple and no matter what any of us think personally the only fair valuation methodology the PPX board can use is this market indicator .

I am not clever enough to do the chart but it would be interesting to see if the multiple has been anything but the 100-125 multiple i am suggesting is reasonable ...to both holders
