who is it ,say so now.you have ramped enough general information that can be read in the past releases.BUT.YES BUT ...YOU CAN EASILY state you have inside info that all the parties have signed off.YET FEAR TO MENTION THE NAME OF THE JV PARTNER.ON HC. dear dear me ,you will not be specific just HUNCH away.

clearly your ethics are for other HC members to evaluate,as you will not put the truth forward.might get HUNCH IN TROUBLE ????.

PERSONALLY i feel ramped as with your previous about PALTA and any other opportunity to ramp you take.

if you got doubts TABOON, sell your shares and trade something else, it doesn't really get easier than that, there will be plenty of people willing to buy your shares
