any comment on the delay in Licenses? What's this about having to get Enviro Approval after Licence approval to do drilling? Surely one doesn't need Enviro Approval to dig a trench? How long for Enviro Approval?

The Nth Balama "extra" tenement which has the visual outcropping is still unapproved.Any graphite on the approved Nth Balama site is underground.How Deep is as yet unknown.

It's all very nebulous.Certainly I think it a bit rich to claim Proof of Concept after a 2 week stroll over the approved tenements and a gander over the fence at the visualk graphite in the gunnerbe approved eventually neighbouring tenement.

Of course you would realise mozmet that most shareholders actual or prospective would not be privy to your expertise in Mozambique Mining Law that such tenement delays are "normal".
Why they might research previous company announcements and find that one that stated that it was not certain that all tenements would be granted

and poor,sorry non HC 'spekulators' would not have mozmet's assurances that the mere application brings a 'certainty' in what? 99% of applications? of being granted.... eventually.

I wonder if Brad Boyle will addresss this question tonight on the vagaries of Mozambique Mining Law??


oh mozmet any changes in the New Legislation Mozambique? Has the Bill passed and can you give a Summary brief on various issues?
like I read there was local "content' requirements in developing as well as shareholding.
