It would appear you are talking about two completely different wells, and getting quite confused.

The earlier successful workover well was producing at 100bopd, and in the quarterly it was noted that had declined to 60bopd. Not surprising as it was a re-completion of an old well that had already been producing for many years.

Reese S2 is a completely new well, which initially flowed at 330bopd+, and was restricted to 250bopd, likely due to storage constraints.

Total current production from my reading of the announcements is around 310bopd.
