On page 37 you refer to the large off-market transaction carried out on the 27 March during the trading halt. Please be aware that CS have misreported the date. The transaction occurred late in the afternoon of the 26 March ... the day before the trading halt.
The transaction was noticed and commented upon at the time on this forum.
It looked odd at the time and does indeed lend itself to the impression of insider trading ... but without the full facts it is hard to be certain of anything.
