At first glance the government looks extremely keen on the joint venture developing this vast area.
Especially when the Browse looks like going offshore.
Means revenues for the state government if this gets up and running.
Maybe they might put some dollars in for the pipeline.
If the Browse is developed offshore, I don't think they get any revenues.
Maybe some whispers got out.
Hence the need for a rig to do the job.
