A quote from Judith Sloan. I took 20 seconds to look up Ireland's deterioration of government debt to GDP. They went from 25% to 117% in the 5 years from 2008 to 2013 (a 92% deterioration) but Sloan wants to give Australia the gold medal in terms of rate of change for a 14% deterioration. She's one of the more disingenuous economic commentators in the public domain. Her other specialty is lying about Australia's productivity record under this government.
