re: Ann: PAT-SM6 Kills Human Multiple Myeloma... 3rd patient group 3mg / kg.
In discussions with the company I found out that they weren't expecting any significant response from the antibody at a dose of 1mg/kg but the fact that one patient ended with a stable disease post treatment is highly significant. Cohort 3 is 3mg/kg and cohort 4 is 6mg/kg.
Bought some more today.
