Other elephant in the room is the amount of shares on issue now. I'm not right here but my last count I thought was around 1.2 billion when it was listed so add another 300 mill and were looking at 1.5 bill.
Lets speculate and say the co sells up for 200 mill minus 70 mill debt it's 8.6 cents per share most people would not break even at that price.
Nick would walk with 1.7 mill for an outlay of 1.2 mill.
Ie shareholders get wiped nick, bank , directors and km get a small windfall.
I just can't see any scenario that returns the majority of holders their capital
