Under the coalition plan, pretty much all business will be connected with fibre. The only change is that something like 75% of households will have a copper wire for the last few hundred metres. Households have no genuine need(economically speaking) for fibre all the way to their home and for anyone running a business from their home, just a fraction of what they save in rent by running their business from home would pay for their home to have a direct fibre connection. I really don't see the problem.
