The Libs idea is to fast roll out their NBN so as most folk could have something now rather than wait 10 to 20 years for labors . Libs NBN can then be updated later on replacing copper to the node network .If you want it now you pay , that is if you are not prepared to wait . So most will get a better service now instead of a select few getting a premium service . We just await the upgrade at a future date for all....
