That's why I said ', depending on how one wants to look at it,' because looking at it in the context of the ECT story I don't think the impending dilution will necessarily have a detrimental effect on the sp. If all goes to plan then the sentiment will rip through any dilution. In fact, if all goes to plan the general definition of dilution would not apply here.
