Julian Knight(Hoddle Street massacre) or the 'Batman' shooter, James Holmes or Timothy McVeigh(Oklohoma City bomber) or Anders Breivik, who killed 77 including many children
deserve the death penalty??
Where guilt is irrefutable, death penalty does have a place for certain cases. In addition, why should taxpayers pay for their maintenance??
In the case of Bali 9, even though they probably knew of the death penalty for their drug smuggling, they probably don't deserve death.
