H...I have a crazy theory..so far out there it might even make you giggle like a school girl :-)

Say, for arguments sake, TXT was trimming the fat on their Fastening division so that it was easier for them to flog it off if they so wished some time later this year...not that they ever would??? BUT say IF they decided to spin it off to say eerrr one of it's then major fastening licencees with a new tachnology that might transform industries and had a bit of a microsoft connection and was looking at listing backdoor on the nasdaq errnot sur eif that made sense. Anyway, Say TXT decided to take up it's 20% of TZL then spin off it's fastening division and TZ was the buyer...yeah..that could work???? WOW dreams are free :-)
