re: Ann: Administrator's Update to Shareh... Soo, far as I know you have to 1) dispose of the shares ie sell or 2) demonstrate the shares are valueless by ASIC's winding up of the company.
If you don't need a capital loss this year then wait for 2), it'll cost you zilch compared with delisted's $130 or thereabouts.
Of course, capital losses can be carried forward for tax purposes anyway.
