Baring a general market decline, it feels like momentum will take it past $15.
Momentum aside, there have been no major disasters, interest rates will rise within a year and the A$ fall magnifies US earnings.
Add to this increasing premiums, cost consolidation and quality management an it feels like a buy to me ( I am already set).
If I am wrong it does pay dividends and it has some solid technical supports between here and a loss so I like it.
If it does not break out now it will at some point.
