Alan talked about Roc developing into a company based on focused and measured growth featuring low risk activity . He said the old model of raising exploration capital through share issues was dead, instead he was interested in building a production company that threw of free cash to fund exploration, (most low risk, but definitely some high impact stuff coming) thereby maintaining / enhancing the " sex appeal" without diluting the shareholders to buggery. Dividends were also something they were keen to aim for.
The news, overall vibe on Balai was as per presentation, it was progressing well toward development, albeit behind schedule, for reasons outlined. Alan did say that Malaysia, like China , was a 20+ year business plan, that Balai was just the beginning. Alan said Roc's reputation in Malaysia was continuously being enhanced by the manner they are operating in the country.
