Dawny and Rameez went into partnership and purchased both clubs several years back but agreed to look to support only one side on HC in case any saw a conflict of interest.
They tried unsuccessfully to sell Freo last year for an undisclosed sum (under $100) but no takers.
HC have said they would help out and have set up a fighting fund to help keep Freo afloat (please see top left hand corner of screen)
