I took a big loss on Tuna (CSS) and called him before I sold and he stated that I can claim future capital gains against that loss and that he thought 15 years was the period in which to do it in, but also stated that there was no set period..as long as you can show the tax man your losses you will be fine.
Looks like I have just added my KGL shares to my capital losses. I need some beaut stock that can be a 100 Bag stock for me before I get hit with any tax.......
