Hi Guys

I am having an argument with the ASX regarding the suspension of this stock.

There is no legal reason for our directors to suspense the stock indefinitely. To suggest that the market is not informed because the outcome of the administration is unknown is utter B.S. Are they suggesting that the ASX suspend all exploration companies until they find/not find anything? That is also an unknown. The facts are that the market is aware that there is a subsidiary in administration. The market knows that Andash is being sold. Why the suspension? The people who are being punished here are not the ones who should be taking responsibility, it is innocent share holders. If we could trade before 30 June 2012 we could sell and realize our losses and use them against capital gains. We are being denied our right to trade.

As it is, if this company goes into administration,we have to wait until the administrator sends out letters stating how much the share holders will get before we can claim the capital loss. and in some cases this will take years or not at all. I had Jennings shares, and 20 years after the receivership, I still have not received a letter.

This B.S. Time for the ASX and ASIC to wake up to the fact that they are not the lap dogs of directors. They are supposed to be the watch dogs?
