Spot on - pleased you've managed to understand - yep reduce the tax rates just like Howard did and return the money to the people whose money it actually is. I'm all against churn - where the money is returned via various inefficient handouts - that is after the dead arm of gov has wasted some of it via administrative churn. The money is much better in peoples hands rather than being used by gov on short term populist grabs - as demonstrated by this useless incompetent corrupt mob over the past 6 years.
