Come on Hajji, who cares if a defendant stands, sit, kneels etc, during sentencing, that's just nitpicking and we don't need emotional judges.
We are not obliged the respect the judge, we are obliged to respect the law, but when the laws are constantly being changed and added to they do become hard to respect.
I also think that there are far too many laws.
