Stoeger, the market is already pricing in a pretty substantial writedown for BLY - that's why the share price is already down 50% over the last few months.

Many analysts have price targets above $2. When the price is less than half of this the only surprise will be if BLY actually maintains EBITDA guidance of $240-260m for the year.
