In the case you mention the problem I think is to do with multiculturalism and the lack of shared, common values.
Australia years ago, in the bad old days(lol) pre- multiculturalism,no matter how good or bad one was, unless one was insane or completely feral, one respected the institutions of society just because they were there.Now we are dividing into tribes with no shared connections.
So why exactly are we allowing muslim immigration when there is not a muslim country that would allow us to immigrate especially as a non muslim?
