It has been a while since I calculated an NPV but I threw some figures in this calculator: http://www.calkoo.com/?lang=3&page=21

I put an initial investment of 900,000,000 and cash inflows of 240,000,000 every year for 15 years at a 8% discount rate.

This came up with a NPV of 1,154,274,885.

I tried the same amounts in these two calculators that only go up to 10 years: http://www.investopedia.com/calculator/netpresentvalue.aspx

This ended up with a NPV of 710,419,536.

How did you come by your figure?
