I would like to bring to your attention, if you are not already aware, what I see to be unfair and possibly illegal trading happening with RFE shares.

I have been a loyal shareholder in RFE for the good part of 2 years and I have witnessed the daily trading habits of RFE throughout this time.

It doesn't take a professional to see that the daily trading
patterns / techniques and subsequent substantial holder notices over the past year is a correlation to the share price over the same period of time.

I would also add but sure you are well aware, that over this period of time markets have been robust as with oil and gas prices, and RFE has been reaching many significant milestones.

I am seeking some sort of explanation for this because as a shareholder with personally quite a substantial amount, it is very demoralising to see your investment flounder in times of great market appreciation as well as what looks to be great company progress being made.
