    re: Ann: Convertible Loan Notes Section 708 C... So Arden Partners will be issued loan notes. Will they be onsold to Alasdair Locke or retained?

    I will be voting no in regard to using the IP to secure the funds and no in regard to Alasdair Locke being issued notes. As far as I'm concerned, to raise less than $10 million the can go to the market with a rights issue.
