Put simply without sp stimulus the sp will vary little therefore the options will be worthless therefore $48m will go begging therefore outlook for ctp will be precarious due to NO CASH therefore a CR is a necessity therefore the sp will plumit therefore a CR maybe done at 6c or 8c again therefore a doubly dilutive effect to sh compared to 16c oppies its obvious to me RC must have a plan to get us back toward 20c. Even a crappy T/O offer at 25c in Jan 2014 would do the trick I believe it is absolutely critical that we have the options in the money for the future of the company. btw didnt RC spruik when he first "came to power" he believed he could convince those SI 12c unlisted option holders to excercise their options by christmas last year. Not a murmur about that
