Assuming that the Seychelles deal actually goes through: why doesn't WHL use the funds from that deal to go it alone with La Bella and keep 100% of future profits instead of sharing them with a farm-out partner?
Is it about sharing risk? or lack of expertise in taking it to market?
Any insights for an investing newbie welcomed.
