Hey William1982, I have been around HC for a fair while and I have to tell you that you are not the first poster, and you most probably won't be the last, to take up the holy God ordained mission of saving the entire HC population from themselves. Picking the speccies that will fail is easy...all you need do is claim that 100% of speccies will eventually fail and you will be right 95% of the time. The other 5% you can just put down to the few times you got it wrong in your otherwise outstanding record of picking which speccies will crash and burn.
You may need to start giving other posters a little more credit. The REAL skill is not picking which stocks will crash and burn but which will succeed...either through to blue chip status (rare) or at least which stocks will cycle from a low to high and hence provide opportunities to the trader. People here make a living from such moves. You just have to know when hold 'em and know when to fold 'em.
I'm not picking on you because we actually need people like you to keep the debate balanced and Lord knows as a mod I have had to protect the rights of enough posters like you from the crazed one eyed stock lovers. What I am suggesting is that you might be more effective if you learn to pick your battles and not just take the broken record approach. Also learn to give others a little more credit for what they do and try to appreciate the different time frames some people have. It's all good and we all have a contribution to make here. Newbies will lose money, but hopefully not the farm....but losing money and feeling the pain and remembering the pain in part of the secret trader's initiation ritual.
