"How exactly has Lynas "over promised and under delivered"?"
After just a few posts and a member for only a few months I guess you can be excused for asking such a question. The answer would be in the company announcements way,way back and starting with "on budget and on time". Recent announcements also suggested that there would be results from production and sales by now. So start with announcements made over the last 5 years and you will see "over promised and underperformed". I suggest that you will find little evidence of "overperformance" anywhere along the track.
