If the shorts hadn't run this down so much since the Cap raising (when SP was US$4.65) where would the SP have been sitting a week/month ago. Just a guess but with the announcements since the CR I feel comfortable saying US$7-8+.
So in my book that is where we should be sitting now before this announcement - US$7-8 - with this announcement it should be going US$8-10+.
No not ramping just stating where we "should" be at.
