The board have been made to look like fools for allowing this
to drag on as it has,very amusing to see them put the words Petro China on an announcement for the first time given the whole market new who it was all along.
The other kicker is they still cant resist stringing us along some more by alluding there are still irons in the fire, that may or may not amount to anything.
